About this piece
The Imakatsu Pellet Bug is a creature bait designed by 2015 Bassmaster Classic champion Naoyuki Mihara. While its shape resembles a multi-legged insect, it is purpose-built to replicate the delicate hovering action of a shrimp. Made from silicone rubber, it sinks at an ultra-dead-slow pace and continuously quivers with subtle, lifelike movements that trigger wary bass.
